Buddy system
Establish a “buddy system” of between 5 and 10 people who normally work in close proximity of each other
- 5 to 10 people assure that if someone is absent, the absence is noticed, yet the absence will not denigrate the group’s efficiency
- One person from the group reports presence or absence of all members to the Emergency Manager (who reports this to municipal Emergency Services)
